ICLEI Africa seeks an implementation expert located in Rwanda to enable the Project to meet its waste targets of responsible disposal of 9,000 ICE-motos and their components, including engines and 450 e-moto batteries and e-moto components, based on international best practices. Therefore, the primary task of this assignment is to set up the legal, operational, and partnership agreements that operationalise disposal processes to achieve these targets.
