Urban planning public awareness campaign cartoon series by Masoud

This series of cartoons, created by the famous Tanzanian cartoonist Masoud Kipanya, uses locally-relevant humour, language and images to share public awareness messages around urban planning and development control. This series was produced as part of a broader public awareness campaign for the President’s Office, Regional Administration and Local Government Tanzania (PO-RALG), as part of the Urban Planning and Development Control Strengthening Programme funded by the World Bank.
