ICLEI Africa in action at World Urban Forum Twelfth session
ICLEI Africa and partners are collaborating to bring you dynamic conversations and impactful learnings to proactively plan for and benefit from ongoing urbanisation.
The pressures and opportunities of rapid urbanisation, amid planetary polycrises, are driving urban practitioners and political leaders to: rethink, innovate, collaborate, and act. Our events at the World Urban Forum will share insights of our staff, cities and regions to guide their peers on the journey towards building sustainable communities and cities in Africa.
ICLEI Africa will be present at the World Urban Forum, in Cairo, at 10+ interventions that span urban resilience, regeneration for nature and biodiversity, food-water-energy security, waste management, local financing, multilevel governance, access to the city.
