ICLEI Africa seeks to appoint a service provider to assist ICLEI Africa with the development of pre-feasibility studies of solar photovoltaic embedded generation projects in six South African municipalities, including assessing relevant regulatory requirements, informing and assessing transaction structure and supporting with financial modelling.
