This publication provides an overview of the available funding opportunities and financing instruments that will enable the local governments to develop and implement their Sustainable Energy Access and Climate Action Plans. Furthermore, it covers other relevant information such as prerequisites and the eligibility criteria to access each financing instrument, important technical considerations and the corresponding advantages and disadvantages.
