This Situation Analysis provides a diagnostic and reflective synthesis of the context within which ENACTUS was implemented in the Greater Kampala Metropolitan Area (GKMA), with a focus on enabling clean cooking access for residents of urban informal settlements. The report was developed as an evolving working document, explaining how contextual understanding informed implementation choices over time.
