Sara Nakalila

Sara is an urban development and built environment professional with eight years of experience spanning architecture, urban systems research, policy analysis and the delivery of donor-funded programmes. She has extensive experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, leading applied research, facilitating regional exchanges and managing urban initiatives across Southern and Sub-Saharan Africa. She combines architectural training with urban management expertise, enabling integrated work across spatial planning, infrastructure, food systems, governance and local economic development.
