Expert/s needed to assess the feasibility of scaling the retrofit of internal combustion engine (ICE) motocycles to electric motocycles (e-motos)

The consultant will assess the feasibility of scaling the retrofit of internal combustion engine (ICE) motorcycles to electric motorcycles (e-motos) and develop a practical action plan to support the deployment of up to 30,000 retrofitted e-motos in Rwanda by 2030.
